Aside from still working, all I’ve done is watched Life on Mars and Ashes to Ashes,
I’ve been doing the same. It’s the only DVD boxset I’ve ever bought.

Not watched them for a few years but I still love it. :D

Same!! Although, initially I only bought the Life on Mars boxset to take home to my dad because, not only was the show worth the watch but the cars were amazing! I’ve inherited the old man’s passion for the classics.

I’m also thinking Line of Duty might be worth another gander 🤔🤔 no car porn but still worth the watch.

I've been out doing the monthly shop this morning, took me four hours, 1 hour for the actual buying and the rest of the time queuing to get in the fucking shops in the first place. 🙄

I’ve heard of this queuing... never experienced it. I find that shopping after 20:00 is the perfect time! Straight in and straight out. Only downside is you have to do it 2 or 3 days in a row as there may be some stock you need that’s not on the shelf on the first attempt 😑

I used to do the shopping on nights, I can't even do that now!

The Quattro is the highlight for me. Would love to own one.

I’ve never watched Line of Duty but everyone I know says it’s really good.

Bodyguard series that was on the BBC a few years ago is worth a watch.

I thought I’d be clever and send the missus down during the NHS hour but even she had to queue....which was of course my fault!

Get yourself down to your supermarket of choice first thing in the morning when they allow NHS staff in. The missus (also paramedic) did and the shelves were well stocked.

Alternatively go in with your work uniform and you’ll be waved through with no queues.

Did the NHS hour on Sunday - not a bad queue but it’s a one-in-one-out system. Very annoying!

We also just received an email yesterday from our county commander who’s been receiving complaints from joe public about us shopping in uniform. Apparently they’re concerned we may have the ‘Rona on our clothing 🤔😑 so we’re now no longer allowed to travel to-and-from work in uniform.

I highly recommend Line of Duty. You won’t be disappointed and it’s on BBC iPlayer (as far as I know).

Bodyguard was also pretty good. Not sure it’s worthy of rewatching several times but we’ll see how long this lockdown lasts for .... desperate times and all that 😉
